Thank you for all the lovely messages you have sent to the website. I really appreciate them. I am enormously lucky to have decent, kind-hearted fans who have no interest in tittle tattling. Thank you for always being so dignified - you make me very proud.
The tour has finished and I am now back in Spain for a couple of weeks before flying to England for Christmas with my wonderful mum and dad, and my two lovely sisters, Mandi and Nikki, who are my best friends. I don't know what I would do without them, especially as times are a little difficult at the moment.
I wish you all a very, very happy Christmas. Treasure your loved ones - you don't know how long you will be lucky enough to have them. Our brave guys fighting abroad are proof of this. God be with them.
Merry Christmas and a happy, successful and, above all, peaceful New Year.
All my love

I have met so many lovely people since I have been touring and I am glad that you took me at my word and came to the stage door to say hello.
I must thank Val and Shannon for the wonderful flowers. There were so many lovely people I met that I can't mention everybody but thank you for all the wine, chocolates and... the elephant (which sits on my dressing table) that you all very kindly gave me at the stage door.
There is so much happening in my life on the personal side that isn't particularly good so I am afraid I haven't had the time to write to you. However that doesn't mean that I don't appreciate all the wonderful e-mails you all send.
Don't forget to keep e-mailing Bill Kenwright!!
Tons of love
27th November 2009
I have just had an e-mail from Bill Kenwright saying that he has been inundated with e-mails from you urging him to get the original line-up back together, or as near as we could get it without the lovely Peter D. Thank you for doing this but more importantly thank you for caring enough to write to him. Please keep up the good work!
I am also doing two weeks in 'Blood Brothers' for Bill.
18th August... Bournemouth
24th August... Bromley
If any of you decide to come and see it PLEASE pop back and say hello.
I hope everything is OK and you are enjoying some sun.
Don't forget if you're coming to Calpe or anywhere near here, go to either the 'Bittburger Bar' or 'Spencers'. Both are on the Moraira to Calpe road and we might see you there, especially 'Bittburger'!!
Lots of love

Just saying hello and hoping you are all staying well away from this swine flu!
I believe that word has got around that Eve and I may be getting together again. What do you think?
It has been such a long time since we worked together and I would welcome your views on it. I have always been proud of what Eve, Peter, Paul, Marty and I achieved and, contrary to some views, I am well aware that I would not have had the career I have had without the success of the original line-up of the New Seekers.
As you probably know I don't believe in going back. The only time I 'go back' is to Blood Brothers because Bill has been such a big influence in my life and has been very good to me, I will always return for him. However, so many people think it would be a good idea for Eve and I to re-connect and I am constantly being asked about it. both from supporters and from people in the business. so please let me know what you think.
I hope you are enjoying some lovely weather and that all is well in your life.
13th July 2009
It has been such a long time since I last posted a message. Please accept my apologies. Life has been pretty hectic here. No excuse, I know, but true all the same.
First of all I want to say a huge thank you to all the people who came to Spain for my first gig. Never in a million years did I think so many of you would spend your hard-earned money to come over. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. I was absolutely racked with nerves, I was a mess, but once I got on and heard the reception I received, the nerves went and I had a ball. It also helped that I was working with some amazing people: Gill, Ian, Steve, Shuggy, Tommy, but best of all my son was helping with the sound and I would have been lost without him.
I must just thank Steve for coming over. Even tho' he looks after my website he never misses my shows. He also does a lot more for me than just the website. He is a really good friend and someone I can totally depend on. He is coming back again in June so the sangria will be flowing!!! Also Diane, whose husband paid for the trip as a birthday present. Nice husband!
Everyone else who came, thank you too. It meant so much I can't even tell you.
We are back at Le Cabaret on the 4th and 8th July so if any of you want to come again PLEASE DO and come over and talk to me.
I also want to say thank you for the huge swell of support I received when the 'Mail' articles were published. All I want is some justice. I think the New Seekers should use their own pictures instead of Peter, Eve and myself on the front of the albums. I don't think it's fair that people are paying for a product that they perceive to be the ORIGINAL line-up and then, when the album is played, is nothing to do with the PROPER ORIGINALS. It would be nice if the current line-up stopped pretending in interviews that they were at the Eurovision, were at the Royal Command, performed for President Nixon and numerous other events that four of them had nothing to do with.
I was also galled when I saw a flyer from the Fairfield Halls which insinuated that I would be appearing with them. I think enough is enough and that now, after 35 years, they should stand up and be counted. As you have probably gathered I feel very strongly about this!!!!
Mind you, it's ironic, isn't it, that the New Seekers' manager is now saying that they are not trying to be the New Seekers, just paying tribute... mmmmm.... where have I heard that before?!!!!!!! They, or he, can't even be original about that.
As for other news, well, we are so enjoying Spain. The people are lovely, the country is lovely, the weather is gorgeous, we have tremendous friends, and we have never been more relaxed. In saying that, Ryan has gone for his Spanish lesson, Alan is tiling the downstairs bathroom and that leaves me with no alternative but to go and sunbathe!!! What more could a girl want!!!
Tons of love to you all and speak to you soon.
25th May 2009
First of all I hope you are all OK and have survived the weather. I also hope you are coping with the "credit crunch". It's a difficult time for everybody at the moment so keep smiling
I know that Steve has let you know about my plans to pay tribute to the New Seekers and I am amazed at how many of you thought it was a great idea. I am in no way trying to be "The New Seekers". That is impossible as there is only me!!! But, I am going to pay tribute to us. Those terrific years have given me a wonderful career and it is my way of thanking everyone.
I am working with some wonderful musicians and singers and I have to tell you we are having enormous fun rehearsing at the moment. The response we have had over here about our show has been phenomenal as well. Never in a million years did I think that so many people would like me to do this so I shall keep my fingers crossed that at some time in the future we will be able to bring the show to the UK.
Steve, as usual, is doing a sterling job with the website and he will keep you informed as to what is going on.
Thank you again for all your e-mails. Steve always passes them on to me and when I can get my hands on either my son's or my husband's computer, not always an easy task, I love reading them.
